General terms and conditions

Scheroh – an online shop of Swiss Trend Trade GmbH. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by private customers (B2C) through the scheroh.ch online shop.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services concluded through the scheroh.ch online shop. The online shop is operated by Swiss Trend Trade GmbH (hereinafter "Scheroh", "we" or "us"). By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Deviating conditions of the customer apply only if they have been expressly acknowledged in writing by Swiss Trend Trade GmbH.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is a non-binding invitation to order and not yet an offer. By submitting the order the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as payment has been completed successfully and we have sent the order confirmation by e-mail. Should an item be unavailable despite careful stock management, we will inform the customer as quickly as possible; payments already made will be refunded in full. Product images, colours, dimensions, weights and technical details serve as illustration and may differ slightly from the product delivered.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax where it is owed. The price applicable at the time of the order is decisive. Price changes, technical changes and errors are reserved.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland; orders are dispatched from Switzerland. Delivery is carried out exclusively by Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post AG). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout or indicated as free of charge. Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days, unless stated otherwise for the product. Delivery periods are guide values; delays in delivery due to force majeure, strikes, transport problems or supply shortages do not give rise to claims for damages. Delivery is made exclusively to the delivery address specified by the customer. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the consignment is handed over to the transport company, to the extent permitted by law. Details can be found under Shipping & delivery.

5. Payment terms

Payment is made exclusively during the order process; we do not currently offer purchase on account. Payments are processed by our Swiss payment service provider Payrexx AG. Depending on availability, the following payment methods may be offered: TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are only available on supported devices and browsers. The available payment methods are shown during the order process. 6. Inspection of the goods

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Obvious transport damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing to our customer service (info@scheroh.ch) within five calendar days of receipt.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law apply. The warranty period is generally 24 months from the date of delivery. In particular, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • improper use,
  • incorrect storage,
  • unauthorised repairs,
  • external influences,
  • disregard of the operating instructions.

In a warranty case, Swiss Trend Trade GmbH decides on repair, replacement delivery, price reduction or refund.

8. Returns

We grant a voluntary right of return of 10 days from receipt of the goods. A return requires that the item is unused, in perfect condition, complete and returned in its original packaging. Our customer service must be contacted before any return shipment. The right of return does not cover, in particular, personalised products, hygiene articles once opened, gift vouchers and used or damaged items. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for a voluntary return; if the return is due to a delivery error or a product defect, we bear it. We do not offer exchanges. Once the return has been successfully checked, the refund is made via the payment method originally used, at the latest within 14 days of the return reaching us. 9. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Swiss Trend Trade GmbH until payment has been made in full.

10. Liability

Swiss Trend Trade GmbH is liable exclusively for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of data is excluded. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions is reserved.

11. Data protection

The protection of personal data is our highest priority. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and – where applicable – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to the terms and conditions

Swiss Trend Trade GmbH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions in force at the time of the order are decisive.

13. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible arrangement that comes as close as possible to its economic purpose.

14. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of Swiss Trend Trade GmbH.
