How long does delivery take?

The expected delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment (processing up to 1 working day, delivery by Swiss Post 2 to 4 working days), unless stated otherwise for the product. You will find more on this under Shipping & delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs CHF 8.90 per order. From an order value of CHF 99.00 we deliver free of shipping charges.

Where does Scheroh deliver to?

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible.

Can I return items?

Yes. On a voluntary basis we grant a 10-day right of return for unused items in their original packaging. You bear the cost of return shipping; the refund follows at the latest 14 days after the return reaches us. You will find more on this under Returns & refunds.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Depending on availability: TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Both wallets are only available on supported devices and browsers. You will find more on this under Payment methods.
