How returns and refunds work at Scheroh.
Voluntary right of return
For online purchases there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return in Switzerland. On a voluntary basis we grant you a right of return of 10 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for a return
A return requires that the item:
- is unused,
- is in perfect condition,
- is complete and
- is returned in its original packaging.
Excluded from return
The voluntary right of return does not cover, in particular:
- personalised products,
- hygiene articles once opened,
- gift vouchers,
- used or damaged items.

Return shipping costs
You bear the cost of return shipping for a voluntary return. If the return is due to a delivery error or a product defect, we bear it: that case falls under the statutory warranty, not under the voluntary right of return.
Refund
Once the return has been received and successfully checked, we refund the purchase price via the payment method originally used – at the latest within 14 days of the return reaching us.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, send the one you received back and place a new order.
Transport damage and defects
Please report obvious transport damage or incorrect deliveries to us in writing at info@scheroh.ch within five calendar days of receipt. Irrespective of the voluntary right of return, the statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law apply (as a rule 24 months from the date of delivery) – details can be found in section 7 of our terms and conditions.
