At Scheroh we attach importance to fast, reliable and transparent delivery.

Shipping costs

The following shipping costs apply to deliveries within Switzerland:

Standard shipping: CHF 8.90 per order
Free shipping from an order value of CHF 99.00

The decisive order value corresponds to the value of the goods after deduction of any discounts and vouchers.

Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are unfortunately not possible at present.

Orders are dispatched from Switzerland.

Delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible once payment has been received, or immediately in the case of instantly confirmed payment methods. Processing usually takes place within 1 working day; delivery by Swiss Post then takes 2 to 4 working days. The expected total delivery time is therefore usually 2 to 5 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product in question.

In the event of exceptionally high demand, supply shortages or unforeseen events, longer delivery times may occur in individual cases. Should this happen, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

Shipping service providers

Delivery is carried out exclusively by Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post AG).

Track and trace

Immediately after successful payment you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, a second e-mail follows with the Swiss Post tracking number, which lets you follow the status of your delivery at any time.

If you have not received one of these e-mails, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at info@scheroh.ch.

Transport damage

Please check your delivery for completeness and visible transport damage immediately upon receipt. Please report obvious transport damage or incorrect deliveries to us in writing at info@scheroh.ch within five calendar days of receipt (section 6 of our terms and conditions). We will then find a quick solution together.
